Perrin & Partners Ltd is delighted to announce it has completed the acquisition of 100% of In Car Technologies Ltd (InCarTec). One of the UK's leading car audio solution distribution companies. InCarTec develops, manufactures and distributes car audio fitting solutions in order to fit aftermarket and OEM equipment.
InCarTec specialises in car audio adapters & cables, speaker upgrades, stereo upgrades, plug & play fitting kit solutions and steering control interfaces. Developing their own software for these products which are then sold all over the world, to both trade customers and the public. The business has grown since its foundation in 2001 on the back of its excellent customer service.
The business will continue to be run by its existing management, and it will keep operating independently, with the same dedication towards satisfying the customer that it has always had.
