Perrin & Partners Ltd is pleased to announce it has completed the acquisition of 70% of the issued shares of The Scientific Instrument Centre Limited, the UK's leading washer-disinfector sales & service company to the laboratory and medical market
Since 1947 The Scientific Instrument Centre (SiC) has been a leading UK supplier of equipment, instrumentation and supplies to the laboratory, medical and industrial sectors. SiC are also experts in decontamination and hygiene, specialising in washer-disinfector sales & service, chemicals and disinfectant wipes.
SiC was a family owned business that focused on doing a good job of looking after employees, being a faithful partner to suppliers and high service standards to customers. It is exactly the sort of business we want to be associated with.
Perrin & Partners, purchased the shares from Chairman Mr David Harrison and his family, as well as from the business' Managing Director Joe Wilson.

Perrin & Partners acquired 70% of shares in SiC for an undisclosed sum on 28th February 2023.
